She has been diagnosed with, multiple sclerosis, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme disease, PTSD, and a connective tissue disorder. Her journey through personal and family health challenges has shaped a deep understanding of resilience, compassion, and the power of intentional living.
