My Connection to Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
In 2008, my daughter’s life — and ours — changed in an instant when a reckless driver ran a red light and crashed into our car. She survived, but the traumatic brain injury she sustained reshaped every part of her world. Since then, we’ve walked the long road of recovery together, learning about the invisible challenges of TBI, celebrating small victories, and navigating the setbacks.
When I first began searching for answers, I was overwhelmed by the medical jargon and scattered information online. I know how hard it can be to find clear, compassionate guidance in the middle of crisis. That’s why I’ve created this collection of TBI resources. My hope is that they will bring understanding, encouragement, and practical help to survivors, families, and friends walking this same difficult path.
This page will guide you to the traumatic brain injury articles and resources I’ve added so far.
